The Town of Sunnyvale is holding various types of property (valued at $100 or less) which were unclaimed and presumed abandoned and is subject to Title VI, Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code. Pursuant to Section 76.201 of the Texas Property Code, the Town of Sunnyvale is publishing the names of those persons/entities for which the Town of Sunnyvale is holding. Steps to Claim Listed Property

1. View the most recent unclaimed property listing (PDF).
2. Find your name or business on the property listing document.
3. Fill out and send in the proper form and supporting documentation.

The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts maintains unclaimed property information for people with $100 or more in unclaimed property, including forgotten money and items from old bank accounts, royalties and payroll checks, insurance policies, safe deposit boxes, and other sources.
