Located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Collins Road and Hwy 80. Lots are available for restaurants, medical offices, retail, etc. Lot 5 (rendering shown below) will consist of medical suites and will be the fist lot to be developed. Other lots to follow include Panda Express and Chick-fil-A to the east and southeast.
The lot neighboring Town Hall to the north has been developed into a multi-use center for restaurants, retail, professional offices, and collaborative work spaces. The project is now complete and new businesses will be occupying lease spaces in the coming months.
North Collins Road from the intersection of Hwy 80 up to Tripp Road is currently being widened and restructured. It will become a four lane median-divided thoroughfare with sidewalks on both sides and will include a roundabout (traffic circle).
5. Stoney Creek Phases 3B, 4B, & 4C
This portion of the Stoney Creek development is located east of Collins Road and south of Town East Boulevard. It will consist of 207 residential lots and will feature a series of trails of varying materials as well as a nature center on the northern portion closest to Town East Boulevard.
