Located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Collins Road and Hwy 80. Lots are available for restaurants, medical offices, retail, etc. Lot 5 (rendering shown below) will consist of medical suites and will be the fist lot to be developed. Other lots to follow include Panda Express and Chick-fil-A to the east and southeast.
Located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Town East Boulevard and Belt Line Road. The former locally owned feed store is being redeveloped into a restaurant/"Beer Garden" with outdoor seating, games, and live entertainment.
The undeveloped lot neighboring Town Hall to the north will be developed into a multi-use center for restaurants, retail, professional offices, and collaborative work spaces. The project is currently under construction.
6. Vince Hagan Concrete Batching Equipment Company
This existing company has plans to expand their site with the addition of a professional office building as well as a lunchroom for its employees. The office building is nearing completion and the lunchroom is currently in the planning stages.
SISD's newest addition will be located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Nance Road and Collins Road. Building construction is currently underway and slated to be open for the Fall semester.
