Common Violations
- Weeds and grass should not exceed a height of 12 inches
- Grass over 12 inches in height that is not regularly cultivated
- Any property containing rubbish, trash, stagnant water, or any other impure or unwholesome matter
- All vehicles must be parked on standard driveway or approved parking space
- Any vehicle which is inoperable, does not have a valid registration or inspection, and is visible from a public right-of-way
- Persons holding garage sales may place up to six off-premise signs on private property, with owner's permission
